We go into the Middle Atlas Mountains, taking in the beautiful views of Tizi N’Talghoumt pass, before arriving in the village of Rich. At this point, we make a right turn and travel through the Berber villages before reaching Todra Gorges in the evening.
2nd Day: Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Merzouga desert
After an excellent breakfast, we will stop to explore the picturesque Todra gorge, which is 300 meters deep and is formed by the Todra River, as well as a charming lookout point with Berber kasbahs and an oasis with palm trees.
While traveling to the Merzouga Desert, your guide will suggest you stop at a Berber store. This place allows you to try traditional Berber clothes and take beautiful photos. Please note that making a purchase is completely voluntary if you choose to do so. You are welcome to inform your guide that you are not interested in this stop, and it will be skipped.
Afternoon:
The afternoon will arrive in Merzouga, where you will start your camel journey across the Erg Chebbi dunes.
