Excursion to Essaouira from Marrakech!

I loved the Essaouira excursion, a top-notch organization by the agency. 3-hour drive, but the journey is pleasant so we don’t feel it, especially as we make 3 stops: a coffee break, a women’s cooperative producing natural products, and a photo stop. When we arrive in Essaouira, a local guide takes us on a tour of the main sights – very interesting! Afterward, we have free time to eat, stroll around, visit the souks, etc… I recommend it.

Essaouira day trip Experience

We had an amazing day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech with Mouhou tours. Hamid picked us up in the morning at the Riad where we were staying (air-conditioned mini-van), and on the drive to Essaouira, we made several stops to have breakfast, see the quaint trees with goats, and the center of a women’s association that makes lots of argan oil products. Arriving in Essaouira we took a self-tour of about an hour through the streets of the city and the port.
Hamid finally on the way back dropped us off at our Riad.
Highly recommended experience, definitely worth doing in the day.

Essaouira day trip with Family

We went on this Essaouira day trip as a family with two children aged 9 and 12. Our driver and guide Omar were very friendly and helpful, the journey in the minibus was comfortable and the stops interesting and entertaining. Essaouira, which we were able to explore with a local guide Said ( Optional Extra ), was well worth the trip and the cooling off by the sea was more than welcome. Would go out with Omar again at any time. Have fun.
