We travelled from Marrakesh over the High Atlas Mountains to the Erg Chebbi Dunes to sleep in a Berber tent and ride camels. Our 3 teens had sore faces from grinning!! It was sooooo cool. Our guide Mohammed was wonderful. The camels were gorgeous (if a little smelly) and the sights and sounds of the three day trip will be with us forever.

We had an amazing desert trip! The drive from Marrakech to Merzouga was beautiful, we passed through so many different landscapes and were given ample time for pictures. Our driver Ebrahim was great, he really went the extra mile to ensure that we got the most out of our trip! He was very knowledgeable about the landscape as well as the history. He took us to his village in the desert so that we could experience real traditional Berber food. We were also able to visit the markets in the smaller villages where not many tourists were which was a nice experience. The accommodation offered was really good! The camel ride was great, Hassan ensured that everything ran smoothly and joined us in the desert to play traditional music. I definitely recommend this tour company, they were laid back enough that you didn’t feel smothered by a guide, but at the same time we always felt safe and like they know what they were doing.

We had an amazing time in morocco when we traveling To the south of morocco from Fes to The High sand dunes in morocco ( ERG-CHEBBI SAND DUNES / MERZOUGA ), in the way to merzouga we making several interesting stops along the way (Ifrane, Azrou, Risanu, etc.) with Omar our friendly and funny Driver! Our guide during our camel ride to the desert camp was personable and he prepared a great dinner for us while we stayed in the Berber tents under the stars! The dunes were something else and we’re so glad to have been able to experience them. Everyone here has shown us such great hospitality and we can’t wait to tell everyone back home about our travels in beautiful Morocco: the amazing people, the mint tea, the plentiful and enjoyable sights!
